Show Oulook 2007 Shortcut on Desktop via OCT

I have had issues modifying an already installed Office 2007 install post to add shortcut to all users desktop. When I modified my original OCT file I found the Outlook icon was blank and had no way to fix. I came up with this .vbs script to fix the issue, hope it helps someone else with similar issues:
